Most ASP guards bring with them real world experience from places like the United States Military, police departments, corrections departments and fire departments from all over the country. ASP hiring standards require that if an applicant applies without these traits they must possess other qualities from the professional business world (managers, college degrees and other professionals). The average ASP security guard has some degree of college education with many officers holding advanced degrees. We care about whom we hire and train and so should our clients.

While on recent patrol of a property FTO Artiaga made contact with an apartment. During the contact FTO Artiaga witnessed a large amount of Marijuna in plane sight. FTO Artiaga called for backup and when backup arrived the two guards took the 3 suspects into custody. When all was said and done they had recovered 30 lbs of Marijuana and several thousand dollars. ASP would like to thank the Phoenix Police Department and the Phoenix police officers that came to the scene to take over for ASP. Phoenix police officers recieved a search warrant and executed the warrant to further search the apartment. Phoenix Police did an outstanding job! Thanks to all officers involved in this case from ASP and Phoenix Police. The professionalism of the security guards and police officers was noticed by the community!
